Job Description

As a Telecaller at our institute, your role will involve telecalling and handling enquiries received from various marketing platforms. You will be responsible for counseling potential students over the phone, convincing them to visit the institute, meet the trainer, and ultimately register for the courses after a demo session. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential students - Handle inquiries from different marketing platforms - Counsel students over the phone - Convince students to visit the institute and meet the trainer - Register students for courses after a demo session Qualifications Required: - Candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - Candidates with a background in B.E, BCA, BBA, B.Tech - Ability to commute/relocate to Hazra Area, Kolkata - 700026, West Bengal - At least 1 year of total work experience Please note that this is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule and a yearly bonus. Candidates staying in and around Kolkata will be preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply for this opportunity.,
