Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with students and working professionals via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings.
Guide students on UG/PG admissions, course selection, career pathways, and learning outcomes.
Clearly explain program eligibility criteria, academic progression, curriculum details, fee structure, and placement support.
Handle inbound and outbound leads and drive admission conversions by effectively counseling students toward enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales/admission targets.
Build strong relationships with students and ensure a high-quality counseling experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
6months-2 years of experience in career counseling, academic counseling, education sales, student advising, or EdTech sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and online counseling platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple student interactions.
