Job Description

Job Description The Senior Education Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and parents in selecting suitable academic programs, ensuring smooth admissions, and achieving enrolment targets. The role involves mentoring junior counsellors, handling escalated queries, and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Key Responsibilities & Competencies: Calling & conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with students. Organize and conduct career workshops & seminars. Target Oriented & Closing Maintain data and records. Build and maintain relationships with students and parents. Stay updated on market trends, employer needs, and new career development tools. Team Management Strong counselling and communication skills (verbal & written). Excellent presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities. Deep knowledge of education systems (domestic and/or international). Ability to handle pressure and achieve admission targets. Leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior counsellors. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
