Role & responsibilities

1. Guides students and their families regarding educational options and alternatives, admission prerequisites, rules and procedures, the transfer of credits, and potential financial assistance if required.
2. Guarantee that potential students and parents receive professional, supportive, and streamlined assistance throughout the entire admissions procedure.
3. Enhancing conversion rates and revenue while ensuring a consistent influx of highly qualified applicants for Westford University College.
4. Aide visitors to designated areas of the campus to ensure seamless visits and provide necessary campus tours when required.
5. Participate in all recruitment events, encompassing open houses, educational fairs, informational sessions, exhibitions, school tours, and off-campus engagements.
6. Make substantial contributions to the institutional database containing information about potential, current, and prospective students.
7. Promote diversity and inclusivity in the admissions process, ensuring fair representation of various backgrounds and perspectives.
8. Input and uphold application data throughout the admissions journey, encompassing initial applications, offer specifics, financial particulars, and similar information.
9. Administer application deposits and handle inquiries related to admissions invoices.
10. Uphold elevated standards of professional attendance, punctuality, appearance, and demeanour.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Demonstrating robust interpersonal and communication abilities, along with the capacity to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders within a diverse community.
2. Familiarity with matters related to student recruitment and retention.
3. Understanding the extensive array of academic departments, curricula, and programs offered by the university.
4. Organizing and coordinating skills.
5. Ability to evaluate student transcripts and/or records.
6. Familiarity with the admission policies, standards, and procedures of university enrolment.

Education and experience:

A Bachelors degree, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience within an educational context.
