SEO Analyst and Digital Marketer

Role & responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimization for website pages and blog content.
  
• Perform regular SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engine visibility.
  
• Monitor and improve website performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  
• Develop content strategies and collaborate with design and content teams for blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
  
• Track and analyze KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI of all digital marketing campaigns.
  
• Assist in managing social media accounts and driving engagement through organic and paid efforts.
  

Content & Performance

• Collaborate with the academic and branding teams to produce SEO-optimized blog articles, landing pages, and marketing content.
  
• Generate performance reports and insights to inform campaign optimization and future strategy.
  
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing
