Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Content Development

Create compelling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Write SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and website copy.
Develop scripts and concepts for video content, reels, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
Assist with email marketing content, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Brand Messaging & Campaign Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns and strategic goals.
Ensure all content reflects the brand tone, messaging, and identity.
Conduct research on education trends, competitors, and target audience to develop relevant content.

Content Planning & Optimization

Maintain a content calendar and coordinate timely execution.
Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Revise content based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
Creative mindset with attention to visual and verbal detail.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar (preferred).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
Portfolio of previous content work (social posts, blogs, videos, etc.) is a plus.
