Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Career Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling healthcare professionals, guiding them through the overseas migration process, and enrolling them in our services.

Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Student/Client Counseling: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective candidates (Nurses, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, etc.) interested in working abroad.
• Guidance: Explain the eligibility criteria, licensing requirements and process workflows for various countries.
• Sales & Conversion: Convert leads into paid clients by effectively communicating the value of our consultancy services and upskilling programs.
• Documentation Support: Assist candidates in gathering initial documents and coordinating with the documentation team.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a strong relationship with candidates throughout their process to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate data of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/Excel.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency:
• Malayalam: Native/Bilingual proficiency (Speaking is a must).
• English: Professional working proficiency (Speaking and Writing).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Overseas Education, Recruitment, or Telesales. Experience in the Healthcare or Study Abroad sector is a huge plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and convincing skills.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
