Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the education technology (EdTech) industry, and familiarity with GRE/GMAT/SAT examinations. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the Indore region. MUST HAVE LAPTOP and MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL Candidate must be located in Lucknow Our office is in Hazratganj Lucknow Working days and Timings : 10-7 PM Mon – Sat

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the EdTech sector, focusing on GRE/GMAT test preparation. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and requirements; provide tailored solutions and demonstrations of our products/services. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new market opportunities. Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and maximize sales efficiency.

Product Knowledge and Expertise: Stay updated with our company's products/services and their benefits to effectively communicate them to prospects. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Collaboration and Teamwork: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving sales objectives. Share market feedback and insights with internal teams to enhance product/service offerings. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Associate, preferably in the EdTech industry. Strong understanding of GRE/GMAT examinations and their market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport and effectively convey value propositions. Goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Education or Sales Management are a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities. Job Types: Full-time,
