Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Advisor located in Ahmedabad. The Career Advisor will be responsible for providing career counseling, developing career plans, managing student career services, conducting workshops and seminars, and collaborating with faculty and industry professionals to provide career support. The role also involves one-on-one student counseling and assisting with resume building, interview preparation, and job placement efforts.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Student Counseling and Communication skills
• Ability to conduct workshops and seminars
• Experience collaborating with faculty and industry professionals
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field
• Experience in higher education career services is a plus
