We are looking for an Care Team Specialist for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience . Somebody who is passionate about AV. We take pride in our employees, known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done. What are your responsibilities? Prepare and manage customer service quotations and renewal documents with accuracy and timeliness. Track contract renewal cycles and proactively engage with customers and sales teams ahead of expirations. Consult with customers to understand their challenges and objectives to fully assess service needs. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring client requirements are met and partnerships are strengthened. Maintain accurate records and reporting for quoting and renewal activities using CRM and other platforms. Provide clear communication and follow-up to internal and external stakeholders. Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer experience. Contribute to process improvements and documentation in support of service operations efficiency. Perform other duties, as needed. Will you fit in? You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can be the face of our company to our clients. Does experience count? 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales/service operations, or quoting/contract administration roles. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Understanding of service contracts, quoting processes, and pricing models preferred. Fluent in English, both written and verbal; multilingual skills are a plus. Ability to work independently and flexibly across time zones, with reliable overlap to U.S. business hours.
