Care Coordinator

• Onboard new members smoothly from medical reports to post-graduation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, offering regular updates and support
• Coordinate schedules across clinical and training teams to avoid delays or drop-offs
• Track progress, flag issues early, and ensure accountability
• Maintain high-touch communication that makes members feel heard, respected, and cared for

Minimum Requirements

• 13 years experience in healthcare coordination, customer success, or patient engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills English + one Indian regional language
• Ability to manage WhatsApp-based operations, CRM tools, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple family journeys simultaneously
• Bonus: Background in healthcare, elder care, or behavioral coaching
