Praan Health Bengaluru, Karnataka, India As a Care Coordinator at Praan Health, youll be the heartbeat of our member experience. Youll guide families and their parents through every step of our protocols ensuring clarity, trust, and follow-through. Youll work closely with doctors, coaches, and nutritionists to: Onboard new members smoothly from medical reports to post-graduation Serve as the primary point of contact for families, offering regular updates and support Coordinate schedules across clinical and training teams to avoid delays or drop-offs Track progress, flag issues early, and ensure accountability Maintain high-touch communication that makes members feel heard, respected, and cared for Minimum Requirements 13 years experience in healthcare coordination, customer success, or patient engagement Strong written and verbal communication skills English + one Indian regional language Ability to manage WhatsApp-based operations, CRM tools, and basic Excel/Google Sheets Highly organized and able to juggle multiple family journeys simultaneously Bonus: Background in healthcare, elder care, or behavioral coaching Youll Thrive in This Role If You: Love working directly with families and want to make a real impact on their lives Are patient, empathetic, and excellent at follow-ups without sounding robotic Want to be part of a clinical team thats building a new standard of care in India Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and autonomy Care deeply about the elderly and believe they deserve structured, dignified care Show more Show less
