Key Responsibilities (Dealer Showroom Sales):

• Handle walk-in customers at the

  Dealer Showroom

  and understand their vehicle requirements
• Conduct

  Dealer Showroom product demonstrations

  , walkarounds, and arrange test drives
• Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, offers,

  Dealer Finance

  , Insurance, and Exchange programs
• Maintain

  Dealer Showroom standards

  , vehicle display readiness, cleanliness, demo vehicle fuel & condition
• Manage

  Dealer Leads

  from showroom walk-ins, online leads, phone calls, referrals, and inquiries
• Follow the complete

  Dealer Sales Process

  from inquiry to booking to delivery
• Prepare

  Dealer Quotations

  , pricing sheets, finance proposals, insurance and RTO documents
• Coordinate with

  Dealer CRM Team, Dealer Finance & Insurance Team, Dealer Service Team

  , and OEM representatives
• Achieve monthly

  Dealer Sales Targets

  , conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction ratings
• Participate in

  Dealer Marketing Activities

  , Dealer Roadshows, test-drive camps, and promotional events
• (If experienced) Guide junior

  Dealer Sales Executives

  in sales conversion and customer handling

Candidate Profile:

• Automotive Dealership Sales Experience in a Dealer Showroom is mandatory

• Experience selling

  Cars / Bikes / EVs

  at a

  Dealer / Dealership / Multi-brand Dealer Outlet

• Knowledge of

  Dealer Processes

  , invoicing, accessories, loan, EMI, exchange & insurance
• Skilled in

  Dealer Customer Handling

  , negotiation, and closing sales
• Passion for

  Automobiles, EVs, Dealer Sales Growth

  , and showroom culture
• Strong communication, positive attitude, and

  target-driven dealer sales approach

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate

• Candidates with

  Automotive Dealer / Dealership Work Experience

  strongly preferred
