Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Car Sales Manager, located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Car Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and guiding customers through the purchasing process of pre-owned vehicles. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends and generating sales reports.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proven track record in Sales management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership skills and team management experience
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
