Job Description

Responsibilities Safely transport passengers or goods to designated locations. Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the vehicle. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Adhere to schedules for timely pickups and drop-offs. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Handle routine vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues. Assist with loading and unloading of luggage or cargo when necessary. Keep accurate logs of driving activities, mileage, and fuel usage. Qualifications and skills Licensing and record: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, and safe driving practices. Navigation: Proficiency with GPS devices and navigation apps, as well as the ability to plan efficient routes. Time management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure punctuality. Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Physical ability: Ability to lift heavy packages if required for the role. Professionalism: A high level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the job. Problem-solving: Ability to adapt routes based on traffic, weather, and other unforeseen issues.
