• Excellent emergency response skills to manage unforeseen incidents effectively and ensure passenger safety.
• Proficient in vehicle maintenance to conduct regular checks and ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Capable of incident reporting to document any issues encountered during the drive and inform supervisors accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally and courteously.
• Strong route optimization skills to determine the most efficient paths and improve time management (Mandatory skill).
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide reliable and safe transportation for company employees and clients, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
• Conduct routine checks on company vehicles to identify and resolve any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
• Monitor traffic reports to optimize routes and avoid delays, ensuring timely arrivals for all scheduled appointments.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all local traffic laws and company policies at all times.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, safeguarding passengers and responding appropriately.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or delays promptly to supervisors, providing detailed accounts as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies for passenger comfort.
• Assist with loading and unloading of luggage or company materials when necessary, ensuring proper handling and care.
