Capture Manager (US Staffing)

• The Capture Manager is a key position, with the primary goal of helping the organization grow by qualifying and capturing new business in both the public and private sectors.

Responsibilities:

• You will perform all activities in the capture lifecycle to include developing teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies.
• Scan and evaluate markets to identify potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
• Review and Qualify RFIs and RFPs and drive the proposal process.
• Prepare written proposals by collaboratively developing concepts; gathering and formatting information through interview techniques, writing drafts; and final proposal submission.
• Develop and maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance.
• Developing compliant and compelling content leveraging industry knowledge.
• Conduct after-action reviews for all contracts and document lessons learned.
• Identifying the necessary adjustments to capture techniques, strategies, and actions based on lessons learned.

Experience:

• Capture-related experience for Federal or State procurements.
• Solid track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
• Demonstrated capability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an understanding of cost and financials.
• Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).
