Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and service-oriented Captain (Service) to lead the service team and ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. This role suits someone who understands floor operations well, communicates clearly with different departments, and knows how to keep service standards consistent even during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide service staff during daily operations to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Kitchen, and Bar to ensure smooth service flow.
Greet and welcome guests warmly on arrival and thank them courteously while they exit.
Manage reservations and table assignments in coordination with the front desk team.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation across the service area.
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and ensure correct presentation standards.
Promote and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
Assist with check controls, billing, and payment processing when required.

Required Experience, Skills Qualifications

Graduate, preferably with 1 2 years of experience in a similar service role.
Good communication skills with a working knowledge of English.
Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to handle service pressure calmly and professionally.

Salary Benefits

Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month
Benefits: Accommodation provided in company employee room
