Job Description

Role Overview: As an F&B Service Captain, you will be a supervisor and team leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a dining area to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role is a step above a Senior Guest Service Associate and you will often report to a Restaurant or F&B Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: You will manage, train, and mentor the service staff, including waiters and bussers. - Guest Management: You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling advanced reservations, special requests, and promptly resolving complaints. - Operational Oversight: You will ensure all service procedures are followed, the dining area is set up correctly, and that food and drinks are delivered to guests in a timely manner. - Quality Control: You will monitor the service quality, upselling techniques, and hygiene standards. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in a similar role within the F&B industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest feedback professionally.
