Job Title: Capsules Filling Machine Operator (SA9) Company: Lavanya Healthcare Limited Location: Khewat No. 359/310, Behra Road, Derabassi, Punjab Experience Required: 3-5 Years (Pharmaceutical Industry) Qualification: 12 Pass Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Employment Type: Full-Time Age limit: Not more than 35 years Role Description: The Capsules Filling Machine Operator (SA9) is responsible for the efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of capsule filling machines in accordance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and batch production requirements. The operator ensures the accurate filling of capsules with specified formulations while minimizing downtime and maintaining high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Operate SA9 capsule filling machines and ensure proper setup, calibration, and startup. Monitor the machine parameters such as fill weight, alignment, and rejection rate during operation. Conduct pre-operation checks and ensure the machine is cleaned and validated before use. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues with minimal downtime. Ensure proper loading of raw materials (empty capsules and powder/granules). Collect and record in-process quality control (IPQC) data such as weight variation, locking efficiency, and capsule integrity. Adhere to batch production records (BMR), SOPs, and production schedules. Maintain cleanliness of the equipment and working area in compliance with cGMP and 5S principles. Coordinate with maintenance or engineering teams for preventive or corrective actions. Report deviations, breakdowns, or abnormal observations to the Production Supervisor promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during machine operation.
