Job Title: Gum Labelling Operator Company: Lavanya Healthcare Limited Location: Khewat No. 359/310, Behra Road, Derabassi, Punjab Experience Required: 1-2 Years (Pharmaceutical Industry) Qualification: 12 Pass Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Employment Type: Full-Time Age limit: Not more than 35 years Role Description: Lavanya Healthcare Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gum Labelling Operator to manage the labelling process on various packaging formats using gum-based labelling machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, smooth operation, and quality compliance during the labelling of pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities: Operate gum labelling machines according to the production plan and product specifications. Set up the machine by adjusting label size, glue application, and alignment. Monitor labelling process for proper adhesion, label placement, and print clarity. Load and align labels and containers on the machine accurately. Conduct visual inspection of labelled products to identify defects or misalignment. Ensure machine cleanliness and line clearance before and after each batch. Maintain production and logbook records as per SOP and GMP compliance. Report any deviation, breakdown, or malfunction immediately to the supervisor or maintenance team. Adhere to safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and company policies during operations. Assist in minor maintenance and lubrication of the equipment to reduce downtime. Coordinate with QA and packaging teams for in-process quality checks. Key Requirements: Basic mechanical understanding and familiarity with gum labelling machines. Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately. Awareness of pharmaceutical packaging guidelines and cGMP. Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt. Basic documentation and record-keeping ability.
