Capri Car Loan is Hiring for Branch Business Manager (BBM) & Relationship Manager(RM) for Eastern and Central Uttar Pradesh.

Working Location- Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Aligarh, Mahoba , Lalitpur , Unnao , Hardoi , Kushinagar , & Entire East UP

1. Branch Business Manager (BBM)

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading the team of RM to drive Sales, Manage Customer Relationships,ensure Compliance with regulations,and achieve branch targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of RM and support them to achieve sales target .
• Develop and implement Strategies to drive Car Loan Sales growth and expand market Share.
• Identify new business opportunities,partnerships, and Channels to increase loan portfolio and revenue.
• Excellent leadership, communication and Interpersonal skills.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related field and Prior experience of more than 3 years  in Car Loan.

2. Relationship Manager (RM)

The Relationship Manager Should Dynamic and Customer Oriented ,must be Promoting Car Loan Products, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through-out the Loan Process.

Key Responsibilities:

l Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients Seeking Car Loan

l Responsible for generating New car loan business from open markets Dealers, DSA Vertical.

l Guide Clients through the loan Application Process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and Submitted accurately

l Educate Clients on Loans terms, interest rates,and repayment options

l Achieve Sales targets and Contribute to the overall growth of the Car Loan.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Under Graduate & Above with Minimum 1 Years and Above with experience In Auto Loans Segment
