Capital Markets Operations Sr Analyst

As a Capital Markets Operations Sr Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Global Client Account Services (GCAS) team, responsible for overseeing, producing, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of all scheduled client reporting and pitchbooks across multiple product and business lines. Your role will involve providing client-related data and reports as requested by clients, consultants, and other third parties, utilizing in-depth knowledge of client requirements and IT systems to compile inputs for the production of client reports accurately and in a timely manner. You will be accountable for leading, supporting, and developing Supervisors and production teams in GCAS, ensuring the day-to-day delivery of client reports, investment product reports, and investment pitchbooks for institutional and intermediary clients globally. Your responsibilities will also include influencing within and outside the department, collaborating with the Senior Manager of GCAS on department strategy implementation, and working closely with global peers to develop best practices, processes, and controls. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7-9 years of total relevant work experience, possess strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrate above-average time-management abilities, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your client-first mindset and ability to work accurately under pressure while meeting deadlines will be crucial. Knowledge of Capital Markets, Mutual fund products, and experience with Seismic and/or Coric will be advantageous. Your roles and responsibilities will include providing management for staff involved in reporting on client portfolios, serving as a resource on products and services offered to clients, managing improvements in data collection and reporting platforms, and ensuring staff development in the area of expertise.
