Capacity Planning Engineer


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement capacity planning strategies for

    AWS environments

    , especially

    EKS

    .
  • Conduct continuous

    load testing

    to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
  • Analyze system usage data, forecast future capacity, and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resources for

    performance and cost-efficiency

    .
  • Create detailed reports on capacity trends and infrastructure health.
Essential Skills:
  • Deep expertise in the

    AWS ecosystem

    : EKS, EC2, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, RDS.
  • Experience with

    Dynatrace

    (or similar monitoring tools).
  • Strong grasp of container orchestration,

    microservices

    , and

    automated load testing

    tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
  • Proficiency in

    Python or Bash

    for scripting and automation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
