Capacity Analyst Rail Traffic Job Location- Bangalore/Gurgaon Role Overview rail planning team to simulate and analyse capacity changes for infrastructure improvements, system modifications, and new construction. Key Responsibilities Analyse and simulate railway capacity for infrastructure changes (repairs, rebuilding, new construction, etc.) Evaluate the impact of changes on railway line such as signalling updates, platform modifications, or additional tracks Conduct simulations to evaluate effects of both existing and new infrastructure, identify weaknesses and risks, and propose solutions Collaborate with key stakeholders including the Swedish Transport Administration, Regions, and train operators Qualifications 7+ years experience Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field Experience with simulation tool like Railsys or any other similar software Desirable experience in programming and machine learning Excellent English communication skills
