Role & responsibilities

Drive rollout and implementation of Eicher League of Legent across assigned regions.
CFT Members Training Calendar and Module Availability
Engage with
Zero-selling DSPs
to improve Behavioural Competency and sales output.
Conduct regular Behavioral and Sales story Trainings (4 Modules) as per calendar.
Coordinate with Product Marketing for Technical training on new products.
Facilitate On-boarding and Initial Training for DSPs of new dealers.
Refresher Trainings
