Key Responsibilities

Handle
full life cycle recruitment
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Conduct direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviews, and
compensation negotiations
.
Recruit through job portals, referrals, networking, and Internet sourcing techniques.
Screen candidates based on job descriptions, technical/functional skills, and communication ability.
Manage candidate engagement from
first contact till offer acceptance
.
Coordinate salary expectations, counter-offers, benefits, and interview scheduling.
Perform
reference checks
to validate authenticity and relevance.
Maintain and update job boards with accurate candidate information.

What Were Looking For

Prior
US/Canada Staffing experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Stability in career (consistent roles, no frequent job changes).
Experience in both
IT and Non-IT recruitment
preferred.
