Job Description

Role Overview: As a Campus Recruiter for FY'25 in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and hire top talent from various universities and colleges. You will plan and execute campus recruitment strategies, including organizing career fairs, campus events, and presentations to showcase the company as an employer of choice. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective campus recruitment plans accordingly. Building and maintaining relationships with key university stakeholders, faculty members, and student organizations to enhance the company's campus presence and attract high-potential candidates will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Attract, engage, and hire top talent from universities and colleges - Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies - Organize career fairs, campus events, and presentations - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs - Develop effective campus recruitment plans - Build and maintain relationships with university stakeholders, faculty members, and student organizations - Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate based on skills and qualifications - Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process - Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of campus recruitment strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Passion for talent acquisition - Proactive attitude - Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders,
