Job Description

End-to-End Campus Cycles:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Interns and GETs/PPOs (Graduate Engineer Trainees) from top colleges.
Institute Partnerships:
Act as the primary face of Organization at university campuses; build strong bonds with TPOs (Training & Placement Officers) and student committees.
Employer Branding:
Organize hackathons, case study competitions, events to make us the preferred employer on campus.
Tech-Driven Screening:
Coordinate with Engineering and Product heads to design technical assessments, coding challenges, and interview scorecards.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a world-class journey for every student, from their first interaction at a career fair to their Day 1 on boarding.
Data & Insights:
Track and report on hiring metrics like offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, and campus-wise performance.
