Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR professional who will play a key role inmanaging our campus engagement initiatives while also supporting core HR operations. Thisposition involves frequent travel across India (travelling shall be confined to the zone you arelocated at) to engage with colleges and universities and contributes to the broader HRfunction, including onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and execute campus recruitment drives and internship programsacross India. Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and placement cells. Represent the organization at job fairs, pre-placement talks, and campus brandingevents. Coordinate recruitment logistics including assessments, interviews, and onboarding forcampus hires. Support onboarding and induction programs for new joiners. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HRcommunication initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation related to both recruitmentand general HR operations. Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and other day-to-day matters. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive candidate andemployee experience. Stay up to date with industry and campus hiring trends to bring in fresh ideas andimprovements.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relatedfield. 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to campus hiring andgeneralist activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with diversestakeholders. Willingness to travel periodically across India for campus visits and recruitment events(travelling shall be confined to the zone you are located at). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Keka is plus.What We Offer
