Job Description

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree ANY

* 1-5 years of experience in campus recruitment, HR, Admission or Career Counselling.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel to different campuses as required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, faculty, and student bodies at colleges and universities.

* Plan and organise campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and information sessions.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Hiring Managers) to define hiring needs and scheduling.

* Represent the organisation during campus events, pre-placement talks, and interviews.

* Identify top-performing institutes and develop engagement strategies accordingly.

* Track and report on campus hiring metrics, event participation, and candidate conversion.

* Act as the main point of contact between the organisation and campus stakeholders.

* Handle pre- and post-recruitment activities including offer roll out, documentation, and on-boarding support.

* Assist in employer branding initiatives on campus.
