Job Title: Campaign Specialist Location: Calicut Job Type: Full-Time Company: BEAT Educations Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and performance-oriented Campaign Specialist to lead student recruitment campaigns across the GCC region. The role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, digital platforms, and community engagement strategies to drive awareness and admissions for our educational programs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns targeting students and parents across GCC countries. Manage digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, email marketing) focused on lead generation and conversions. Organize and promote offline activities such as seminars, student meets, and partner collaborations. Collaborate with local influencers, educational consultants, and institutions to drive visibility. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools. Maintain databases of leads, analyze trends, and prepare campaign performance reports. Ensure all campaigns are culturally relevant and compliant with local regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years of campaign experience in education, edtech, or student recruitment—preferably in GCC. Strong understanding of regional demographics, online behavior, and advertising platforms. Proficient in digital tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM systems. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Preferred Skills: Experience working with agencies or education consultants in the GCC. Ability to handle multicultural and multilingual audiences. Willingness to travel within GCC for campaign execution and event participation.
