Role Summary

We are hiring a Campaign Manager to lead customer communication campaigns across SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. The role involves managing strategy, vendors, compliance, reporting, and driving campaign effectiveness to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee execution of all campaigns with vendors and internal teams.
• Work with business stakeholders to finalize objectives, messaging, and templates.
• Ensure all campaigns meet compliance and approval requirements.
• Manage vendors, monitor SLAs, and resolve escalations.
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs (delivery, open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Present campaign reports and insights to CX/business leaders.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements to maximize ROI.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of digital workflows and campaign processes.
• Ability to manage timelines and lead a team.

Experience Required

48 years in campaign management, digital marketing, or CRM communications.

Preferred Tools/Platforms

• Enterprise CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho).
• Campaign orchestration tools (WebEngage, Netcore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, CleverTap).
• WhatsApp APIs, SMS gateways.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting dashboards.

Preferred Certifications

Digital Marketing (HubSpot, Meta Blueprint), Project Management, Agile (advantage).
