What would you do? The promotions and POS advisor is responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement, boost sales, and enhance brand visibility. This role ensures the seamless coordination of promotional initiatives across multiple channels, aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize promotional efforts, analyze performance metrics, and refine future strategies for maximum impact.

Roles and Responsibilities: . Promotional Strategy & Execution:Design and implement data-driven promotional campaigns aimed at increasing sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.Develop and maintain a promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales strategies.Optimize promotions based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.2. Campaign Coordination & Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of promotions.Oversee the creation of promotional materials, ensuring messaging consistency and brand alignment.Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support promotional campaigns.3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:Track and analyze promotional performance using key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.Generate post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.Continuously assess and improve promotional strategies to enhance effectiveness.4. Budget & Resource Management:Manage the budget for promotional activities, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.Work closely with finance teams to track expenses and maintain accountability for promotional investments.5. Market & Competitive Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive promotional strategies.Leverage insights to refine and innovate promotional approaches that resonate with target audiences.6. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment:Serve as the key point of contact for promotional initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed on objectives, execution, and results.Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management to influence decision-making.
