Inviting applications for the role of Campaign Management and Analytics In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign execution, leveraging data analytics to optimize campaign performance, and driving business growth through combination of data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and visualization techniques. As a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, you will lead a team that collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns while ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and business growth. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to interpret complex datasets and generate recommendations to enhance campaign performance. Create and deliver regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics such as ROI, engagement, and conversion rates. Implement data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices to ensure the integrity and accuracy of campaign data. Provide leadership to the campaign team, guiding the execution of campaign tasks, ensuring project timelines and goals are met. Motivate and inspire team members to excel in their roles, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, setting clear expectations and providing coaching when needed. Build strong relationships with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment on campaign goals and ensuring smooth execution. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and market conditions. Develop detailed campaign plans that align with business goals and target audiences, focusing on the digital marketing aspect (e.g., email, social media, PPC). Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to continuously refine campaigns and improve performance. Monitor and analyze trends, patterns, and outliers in data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on key findings, trends, and performance metrics. Oversee data governance processes, including data classification, access control, and data lifecycle management. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business needs. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Relevant years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or data analytics. Strong knowledge of end-to-end campaign management, pre and post campaign analysis etc. Knowledge on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Experience Cloud for campaign management is a plus. Experience with data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data integration. Proven experience in developing and implementing reporting and analytics strategies to drive business insights and decisions. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexible, including UK shift and U.S. Shift as necessary. Technical skills: Hands-on experience in any of the marketing automation tools (e.g., Unica, SFMC, Adobe campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.). Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake) and data warehousing concepts. Knowledge on data visualization platforms like Tableau/Power BI etc. is a Plus.
