Analyst, Campaign Operations & Analytics:

"Campaign Management & Customer Treatment Platform Specialist
SAS Suite(SAS Plan, SAS CI 360, SAS Direct, SAS RTDM, SAS VIya) platform administrator and configuration
Design, implement, and manage customer campaigns and treatment strategies using SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI 360).
Configure and monitor campaign workflows, customer journeys, and real-time decisioning rules across digital and traditional channels.".
Technologies -SAS Direct, SAS CI 360, BI Tools
Secondary -
Maintain and enhance SAS RTDM (Real-Time Decision Manager) workflows for decisioning logic and customer treatment strategies."
