The role involves ensuring cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and discipline within the camp, while overseeing the proper functioning of all amenities to maintain a safe and healthy living environment for the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the overall operations of the labour camp.Ensure proper accommodation arrangements and allocation of rooms to employees.Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, security, pest control, and hygiene standards of the camp.Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local authority requirements.Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair and upkeep of camp facilities (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).Maintain updated records of occupancy, employee check-in/check-out, and room allocation.Monitor kitchen to ensure food hygiene and quality.Handle complaints and grievances of camp residents in a professional manner.Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp activities, maintenance, and requirements.Control and monitor utilities (water, electricity, gas) and ensure cost-effective usage.Maintain discipline and ensure smooth functioning of the accommodation facility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role, preferably in the GCC.Strong organizational and supervisory skills.Knowledge of camp maintenance, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.Ability to manage a large number of workers from different nationalities.Good communication skills.Basic computer skills (MS Office, record-keeping).Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
