Job Title: CAM (Customer Account Management) Executive
Location: Noida

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CAM Executive to manage customer accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and support the sales team in relationship building. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Monitor customer account performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account status.
• Upsell or cross-sell company products and services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, contracts, and account information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer account management, sales support, or client servicing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in B2B account management.
• Industry knowledge relevant to the company’s products/services.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
