Job Description Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time, on-site Caller at R&V Automobiles in Palwal. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing product or service information, addressing customer concerns, and offering customized solutions to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct regular follow-ups and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
