Calling Executive (Marathi)

About us:

LeapForWord is a product NGO committed to eliminating the single biggest bottleneck of Poor English Capabilities, which prohibits students of regional language communities from accessing Professional Education & better Employment Opportunities. Using our translation algorithm, we enable lakhs of teachers to teach English in their mother tongue through simple teaching techniques.

Where do you come in?

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Calling Executives for our Marathi Language Project. The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging with our Hindi-speaking audience through structured phone calls. Their main duties will include:

● Communicating clearly and confidently in fluent Marathi

● Handling queries, collecting feedback, and addressing concerns

● Building strong connections with the audience through regular engagement

● The executive will act as a key link between the organization and the Hindi-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Talk to teachers over phone calls in Marathi and share important information clearly.

● Call and coordinate with teachers for various campaigns and activities.

● Collect feedback and stories from teachers and share them with the team.

● Complete teacher engagement activities on time and as per the plan.

● Listen to teachers' questions or concerns during calls and help solve them or report to the team.

● Keep a proper record of daily calls and responses, and update the team lead regularly.

● Support the team in other tasks whenever needed.

Key Skills

● Graduate, preferably in Marathi or any language-related field.

● Strong fluency in spoken and written Marathi; basic English understanding is a plus.

● Clear and polite communication skills.

● Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily.

● Good listening skills and professional phone manners.

● Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

● Able to maintain records and share reports regularly.

● Should be self-motivated and work well with minimal supervision.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

● Team player with a goal-oriented approach.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
