Field Monitoring Intern

About LeapForWord:

LeapForWord is a product-driven NGO working towards eliminating Poor English Capabilities among students from regional language communities. Through our unique translation-based learning tools, we empower teachers to deliver English education in a language their students understand, enabling them to access better education and employment opportunities.

Role Overview:

You will play critical role as Intern – Field Monitoring at LeapForWord. He is responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of our programs on the ground through regular field visits, data collection, and operational support. In addition, you will provide administrative assistance to the internal teams and contributes to the efficient functioning of organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Monitoring & Data Collection:

• Conduct regular visits to program locations to monitor and support the implementation of LeapForWord’s interventions.
• Collect field data related to program progress, challenges faced, and feedback from stakeholders.
• Verify adherence to guidelines during field visits and ensure accuracy in data collection.
• Document field observations and report challenges or issues to the operations team for timely resolution.
• Assist in organizing training programs , events, and workshops conducted by the organization in different states/ districts where we operate in.
• Conduct online visits among - teacher and student engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with school authorities, teachers, and other on-ground partners.
• Serve as the first point of contact for field-related queries and operational support.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
