Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Calling Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience and excellent communication skills, with fluency in Hindi and Gujarati required.

Roles and Responsibility

Make outbound calls to dealers and clients to promote Morbi tiles and generate new inquiries.
Maintain follow-ups and build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure seamless operations.
Record daily calls and feedback in CRM for future reference.
Utilize knowledge of the tiles and ceramic industry to provide expert advice and solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Job Requirements

Good knowledge of the tiles and ceramic industry is essential.
Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati is required.
Strong communication and sales follow-up skills are necessary.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
Experience in outbound calling, customer focus, and cold calling is preferred.
Qualification: B.A, B.C.A, B.E, M.A, M.Arch.
