Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for contacting clients to offer vacation packages, answering queries, providing information about destinations and services, and assisting with booking arrangements. The Caller will also follow up on leads, maintain records of customer interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience and client relationship management
• Ability to follow up on leads and manage customer interactions
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and handling booking arrangements
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
