Caller

The role of Caller at Manchester Priority, located in RS Puram, Coimbatore, is a full-time on-site position. As a Caller, your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls, and providing detailed information about products or services offered by the company. It will be essential to maintain accurate call records, adhere to call scripts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively follow call scripts and address customer inquiries. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency are also required. Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred, along with proficiency in designing using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing roles would be advantageous, and a background in marketing is a plus. Additionally, video editing skills are necessary for this position. The compensation for this role includes a take-home salary ranging from 12000 to 15000, along with an additional incentive of 5000 per booking made.
