Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in secunderabad paradise . The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to provide information about our services, answer inquiries, and address concerns. Additionally, the Caller will maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details, update CRM data, and ensure a positive customer experience through courteous and professional communication. The role may also involve supporting the sales team with lead generation and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Good data entry skills and proficiency in using CRM software
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus
