Job Description: We are looking for a freelancer with excellent communication skills to join our team as a telecaller. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and addressing queries in a polite and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients. Provide detailed information about our products/services. Address and resolve customer queries. Maintain call records and update databases. Requirements: Fluent in [specify language(s), e.g., Hindi, English, or other regional languages]. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior telecalling experience is a plus. Comfortable working in an office environment. Work Schedule: Option 1: 2 hours daily (Monday to Saturday). Option 2: 1 full day weekly. Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and hours worked.
