  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Introduce and promote company s products & services to prospects.
  • Provide detailed information about the features & benefits of the products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Generate sales leads through effective lead generation techniques.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the specified timeframes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments in the industry.
Position Requirements
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and lead generation techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems or databases.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Target-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Fluency and proficiency in English language.
