Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Caller, located in Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing clients, explaining company services, understanding client needs, and documenting call information for further follow-up. The role includes effectively communicating with clients, handling queries, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and engagement.
• Ability to effectively handle both inbound and outbound calls, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, call documentation, and reporting.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently within deadlines.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn on the job.
• Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is a plus.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English for smooth communication is an added advantage.
