Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor & Evaluate Calls – Listen to inbound/outbound calls and assess them based on quality parameters and business compliance.✅ Prepare Quality Reports – Document findings and create daily/weekly/monthly QA reports.✅ Provide Feedback – Conduct feedback sessions and coaching for agents to improve performance.✅ Identify Gaps – Highlight process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.✅ Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with Team Leaders & Operations to implement corrective actions.✅ Maintain Compliance – Ensure all calls adhere to company guidelines and regulatory standards.Qualifications & Required Skills
