Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Centre Executive (Voice Process) based in Gurugram. The Call Centre Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with customers to provide support and service, resolve customer queries and concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining call logs and reports, troubleshooting, and adhering to company protocols and standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Fresher – 1 year
Immediate joiner or within a week
Voice Process – Training provided
💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹32,000/month (based on experience)
